Best Practices Boost Client Awareness
The Road Map blog reminds me of the value of best practices we help our clients develop through our coaching. Recently I'm getting lots of positive feedback from introducing a 'score card' approach to managing daily tasks. A score card is much more engaging than any checklist since a score card includes some predetermined measurement of success. It is much more engaging than a simple list.
