Practice Inspiration: Principle IV

The fourth installment of my positive change initiative

What is your relationship with inspiration?
With ADHD we can take a wait-&-see approach to inspiration - waiting for inspiration to start a project or start our day. There are places, people & activities that get us closer to inspiration. Getting closer to inspiration gets us closer to addressing Principle I and replenishing our all important bandwidth.

Connecting to what matters creates more motivation and resolve than any amount of adrenaline or hyper-focus. I have a whole series of blog posts on the value of inspiration for the Global Creative business owner where I highlight four specific areas of practice.

THE FOUR ELEMENTS OF INSPIRATION PRACTICE:

  • Refueling in your own sanctuaries

  • Connecting with positive and supportive relations

  • Articulating your own vision through your own voice

  • Practicing your craft to a level of mastery

How can you make inspiration a part of your daily practice?
