Rope Bridge Exercise

Have you resolved to make some changes in 2015?

Change is hard. Change is also a process. Exploring the process of change can make change a lot easier to happen. A rope bridge can serve as an excellent metaphor for the process for change.   A rope bridge is only as strong as its anchor points. Prior to jumping into action (crossing the bridge) take time to clarify these two anchor points based in strength and imagination. When we ‘preload’ our imagination with a positive picture, we are less likely to let a negative picture, based in fear or some other strong emotion, take hold.

Wanting to make some changes early in the New Year?  You need a tool to help facilitate those changes!

Try my Rope Bridge Exercise and get clear on your next steps!
